31st Night & New Year Celebrations - Islandwide Quthbah

Coming Friday, 31st December, 2010 will be a very good opportunity to remind and educate our youth about the importance of abstaining from 31st Night and New Year celebrations. This is very essential now where there is a little/no proper Dawa work is done targeting the Muslim youth who are stranded in western culture and all sort of Jaahiliyyath. Sometimes our youth are in the forefront of organizing such festivities ignoring very basic Islamic principles and guidelines.


Hence, MuslimWatch kindly requests the Mosque trustees, Khatheebs and Ulama to make use of next week Friday Quthbah sermons to address this issue and to prevent our younger generation from Fithna. This may turn away some hearts from evils and prevent them from attending those celebrations in the same night.
