Muslims in Sri Lanka celebrate EID ALHA Festival

Sri Lanka- a Buddhist country has 10% of Muslims. The muslims in Sri Lanka are celebrating Eidul Alha, festival today. Kahatowita is a tiny village in Western Prvince in Sri Lanka. The muslims in this tiny village celebrated Haj festival at Kahatowita Al Badriya school ground according to the way of Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam.
Wearing their best clothes, Kahatowita  men, women and children gathered to listen to sermons given by village masjidh Imaam Sheik Masood (Salafi). The sermon was on how we should utilize two main rewards- Youthful ness and Free time, given by Allah to us. Further more he pointed out various points for the upliftment of a society pointing evedence from Islamic History.
Despitethe prevailing rainy , people have been talking their time to celebrate one of those rare occasions in the Muslim calendar.
