Sarath Fonseka had met former President Chandrika. Chandrika appeals to act against family dominion.


Opposition parties General Presidential Candidate General Sarath Fonseka today afternoon met former President Chandrika Bandaranayake Kumarathunga at Horagolla. The meeting lasted for more than half an hour.
The meeting held after placing floral tribute to the tomb of former Prime Minister S.W.R.D.Bandaranayake at Horagola. Meanwhile the Journalists who had gone to collect news, were obstructed at Kadawatha area by the Police but later they were permitted. Reports states, meeting Chandrika Bandarnayaka by Sarath Fonseka,is a signified event, amidst the trustworthy sector from the Sri Lanka Freedom Party for Chandrika as their votes against President Mahinda Rajapakse would be franchised to Sarath Fonseka which is much expected.

Expectations were that Chandrika would be on stage supporting Sarath Fonseka for election campaigns, but without that, she gave her opinion through a private TV channel yesterday, stating the necessity of a change of government in the country. She also said a change of rule is much essential due to the present family power, corruption and malpractices and by taking these into consideration the Sri Lanka Freedom party should function was requested by her. In this situation, Sarath Fonseka meeting Chandrika is much significant is according to informative circles.

How to hide user account from the windows XP welcome screen?

Today tip is very useful particularly for expert users who want to create hidden or backup user accounts in windows XP. This trick permits an account that is normally displayed on the Welcome screen to be hidden from view. To hide the specific user account from the welcome screen, you need to create a special value under windows registry key.
Follow the given steps to hide any specific user account on welcome screen:
To use this feature, you will need to be logged into your computer with administrative rights.

Click Start button and type regedit in Run option then press Enter for next.












Here locate the location to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\
Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList












Here in right side panel, right click to create a new DWORD Value with the name of account to be hidden - the name matches the users name exactly.












To modify the "Value data" information as DWORD Value 0 to hide the account and 1 to display the user then click on Ok button.












Now close the registry editor and restart your computer after any changes to go into effect.

But next time, if you want to enable specific user account on welcome then simply change the value of data box to 1 or delete the DWORD Value item.

Did Mahinda Rajapakse’s son Namal Rajapakse have contacts with Tamil Eelam Liberation tigers’ movement representative, states Sarath Sector.



Two important accusations were submitted in today’s Sri Lankan election phase. The first allegation was made by Wimal Weerawansa the supporter of Mahinda Rajapakse at a media briefing held yesterday in Colombo which was organized by the National Freedom Front.
He said, his parliament member Mohamed Muzamil, was bribed for three billion rupees to support Presidential Candidate Sarath Fonseka and out of this 30 million rupees was given day before yesterday from a hotel located at Wellawatha. Wimal Weerawansa showed a box containing the cash at the press conference and demonstrated the lump of cash to those present. He said such action was taken by them to expose about Sarath Fonseka to the public, because he is campaigning to introduce an administration without corruption.
Parliament Member Mohamed Muzammil informed that United National Party Leader Ranil Wickramasinghe, Treasurer Malik Samarawickrama, and Parliament Member Ravi Karunanayake had discussions with him, and on this regard Muzamil informed, he has in possession the audio and video images in regard to this incident. The scenes were visually shown that two people were handing over cash to Muzamil. But such allegations are denied by United National Party Parliament Member Ravi Karunanayake. He said cash transactions were not done with Muzammil and such activities were not initiated to call him to their side. Meanwhile Sarath Fonseka’s Media division coordinator and Sri Lanka Freedom Party Peoples Division Leader Mangala Samaraweera and JVP Parliament Member Anurakumara Tissanayake called for a media briefing yesterday in Colombo and submitted accusations about President’s son Namal Rajapakse. They showed a photograph of Namal Rajapakse with Emilkanthan and they said, Emilkanthan is now holding the responsibilities of arrested K.P.Pathamanathan who was one of the leaders of Tamil Eelam liberation tiger movement .
In regard to this, Mangala Samaraweera stated, billion of rupees are spend through the movement “Youths of Tomorrow” originated by Namal Rajapakse son of Mahinda Rajapakse to his father’s election campaigns and he queried from where such amount of finances are getting accumulated to the movement. He further queried, what is the contact Namal Rajapakse has with Elikanthan to pose beside him in the photograph. In the meantime Anurakumara Tissanayake alleged the money which was confiscated from the Tamil Eelam Liberation tigers are wasted unnecessary for election campaigns.

Clash between the ruling and opposition party supporters, many injured.


A clash had occurred in the Pollanaruwa area today among the ruling Mahinda Rajapakse’s United peoples Freedom Front supporters, and supporters of Presidential General Candidate Sarath Fonseka’s supporting party United National Party and JVP supporters.
While a procession was moving in support of Sarath Fonseka, Minister Maithiripala Sirisena’s vehicle had intruded the procession, hence a clash had occurred. Due to the clash, vehicles were damaged and events of setting a blazing had occurred. Following the incident tension was prevailing in the Pollanaruwa town. Many injured due to the clash incident had been admitted to Pollanaruwa hospital for treatment is according to reports.
